Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with reviewing or assessment of digital content.
Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
Responsibilities:
Enforce YouTube’s content policies and ensure policy enforcement.
Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring enforcement, written communication, and policy analysis.
Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
