Position Overview:
As an SDE 3 at BharatPe, your focus will be on developing and maintaining our robust backend systems that cater to our massive user base. You will work on high-availability applications and ensure their performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, thereby directly impacting over 150 million customers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability applications.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Implementing security and data protection features.
Integration of data storage solutions.
Collaborate effectively with internal customers and other dependent development teams at BharatPe to develop new applications successfully.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in backend development.
Proficient in MYSQL-InnoDB, Java (Spring Boot) and familiarity with React and MongoDB.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud services.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.
Experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in the Fintech space, will be an advantage.
