Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts.
• Provide support and training to end-users on SSRS reports and SQL queries.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
